Mr. Eddie Osarenkhoe – MD/CEO  He studied Accountancy at Auchi Polytechnic Auchi, where he obtained the Higher National Diploma in June 1980. He is an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institute of Taxation, a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and also holds an MBA from Edo State University. His working experience of over three decades cuts across Accounting, Tax Management, Audit, Treasury and Investment Management, Human Resources, Administration Management / Financial Consultancy and Finance.  Mr. Osarenkhoe’s working career started with Bendel Insurance Company Plc, Benin City, where he left in 1993 as AGM (Audit) to Phoenix of Nigeria Assurance Plc as DGM (Finance and Administration). He later left the

Insurance Industry for Consultancy in January 2000 and started with Index Consulting Limited, Lagos and later moved to Jireh Consulting in 2001. He later incorporated a firm of Financial / Management Consultancy (TFS Limited) in February 2003 which brought to the fore, opportunities in the financial sector and this ultimately resulted in the formation of TFS Finance Limited.
Mr. Osarenkhoe has attended many Local and International courses and seminars in Management, Insurance, Finance and SME Project Financing/Management. Above credentials make him fully equipped to provide leadership to TFS Finance Limited.
 

Henry I. E. Omoragbon – Director  An Accounting Graduate of Angelo State University, San Angelo, Texas, USA where he graduated with a BBA (Accounting) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and made the Dean List Merit Award (1981-1982). His additional professional qualification include: - American Institute of Certified Public Accountant, CPA and fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA). He is a member of other professional bodies like Nigerian Institute of Management and Chartered Insurance of Nigeria.
His working experience started as an Associate Lecturer at University of Lagos and later moved to KPMG Audit as an Audit senior. He moved from KPMG Audit to AIICO Insurance Plc in1989

where he rose to the position of Acting Managing Director /CEO. He was the Chairman, Accounting Technical Committee of Nigeria Insurers Association, and currently Member of the Governing Council of the same association. He is also a member of the Money Market Association of Nigeria, and holds Directorships in various companies some of which include:-

Ndubisi Ubaka Anekwe – Director
He holds a BA degree in Business Administration and Political Science with distinction and a Diploma in Hospital Administration from Concordia College, Moorhead, Minnesota, USA in 1979. He later made the MBA in 1981 from Moorhead State University, Moorhead, Minnesota, USA.
His working career started in Price Waterhouse Associates between 1981-1988 where he rose to the position of Managing Consultant in charge of Human Resource Consulting Unit. He moved over to Arthur Anderson & Co, Lagos as Local Partner (Organisation and Human Resources Management Division) between September 1988 – October 1990. He established SCG Consulting, Lagos in 1990 where he is currently the Director.
He has been involved in many consulting assignments in Nigeria and well known for his pioneering role in the development of Human Resource Consulting in Nigeria. He has attended many local and International Courses/Seminars.
